June Employee Spotlight

Pine Grove wants to give our community a peak inside the lives of our team members who work so hard to provide quality care to our residents. This month, we are highlighting our ADON, Courtney Stowe!

Courtney has been with Pine Grove since September 2020. When asked what her biggest accomplishment at Pine has been, she said, "Becoming an ADON after only being a Nurse for one year, and being successful in the position!" We couldn't agree more! From the first thought we had about promoting her to ADON, we knew she was the right choice. Courtney has excelled in her position and continues to grow within the company.



Courtney has been a Nurse for two and a half years and worked in Social Work before that. She has always shown determination and passion within healthcare, working her way up the ladder. When she decided to go back to school to become an LPN, she wanted to continue to help people, like in Social Work, but also have many different avenues she could pursue in higher education and career growth. She plans to continue her education by going back to school soon to become an RN and continue her professional development.

We are so lucky to have Courtney as part of our team because she consistently goes above and beyond. When she first started with us as a Floor Nurse, we knew she was a great addition. Through the past couple of years as an ADON, she has thrived and been a constant, helpful presence in residents' and staff members' lives daily. Her favorite part about her job; making a difference and being there. When residents are having difficulties and need someone to help them get through it and advocate for them, Courtney is always there to help.
